Our little fear monsters

When a fear sits within us and makes decisions, whether openly and head-on or hidden from the shadowy existence, it is like a little monster inside us, like an astral entity in dull, pale and gloomy colors that wants to take more or less possession of us and cover our bright, colorful colors.

How much do we allow the monster to take possession of us? To what extent do we allow ourselves to be manipulated by a little monster?

If we stand in our power as mini goddesses and mini gods, and fear is only a little monster for us, then it does not receive enough energy to be able to puff itself up completely. Then we don’t allow it to take possession of us. We remain in our heart and do not let ourselves be possessed.

But woe betide those who do not recognize the shadow fears buried deep within themselves and only feel brave. The fears come into life again and again, they want to trigger so that they can be seen. The hydra shows itself again and again with all its heads until we look it in the eye and go into our heart. Then it dissolves.
