Opening the heart chakra further and further

In order to come into self-love, we can say to ourselves over and over again, “I love you,” along with our own first name. If we feel these words in our hearts while saying them, and at the same time perceive how good it feels to receive them, it can have a great effect on us and literally change our entire universe.

It can be felt even more intensely in front of a mirror with a simultaneous eye meditation with oneself.

Forgiving ourselves and others is another important method on the way to the inner heart center. Each new scene that arises in our inner being is used as a hook to practice Ho’oponopono, Hawaiian roughly: “to put in order”. Again and again.

But whatever we do with and for ourselves, a very important part of the spiritual path to the innermost, most sacred heart center can only be experienced with other souls.

Being alone is important for the development of self-love, but in the end it needs the perfect inner unity of yin and yang. It seems theoretically and logically possible for us to find this unity all alone with ourselves. In practice, however, the innermost center is much easier to find with one or more other loving souls together.

The following are some practical ways in which two souls can open their heart centers further and further together every day:

Looking into the eyes of a human being, for a long time, in honest, loving conversation or in an eye meditation, with the right sensing, we can find a very deep and intimate connection to our heart and to the other heart, at a dimensional level and intensity that might feel scary the first few times.

It can stir up emotions that are sometimes felt quite clearly subtly in the abdominal region or in other areas of the body.

The energies flow completely differently when we look lovingly into the eyes of a human being. We are no longer used to this, and it takes a bit of trial and error and slow approach. Too much intensity scares us, but step by step we look and love a little longer until we find it natural, energizing and beneficial.

Sensual Energetic Healing (SEH), an embracing meditation, for nine minutes or longer, is another very simple exercise for opening and expanding the heart chakra.

When yin and yang embrace and shift their attention to their heart center, strong energetic currents flow between us that can balance, harmonize and heal us internally.

This is a natural process of nature. Once we are connected in the heart and touch each other, bringing the chakras close together, they balance together: I give you energies from me and receive something from you. This happens completely unconsciously, we don’t need to do anything else.

We can imagine breathing through the heart chakra and poof, automatic inner healing comes. Goddess Gaia has given us a wonderful inner healing opportunity. It is up to us if we want to experience it together with a familiar soul.

Massages in exchange, in twos or threes, are another way of sharing, to get into the innermost heart center together and each for themselves.

If one hand always or repeatedly in between massages the region of the heart chakra, the opening effect for the recipient is particularly great: all subtle energies are then led to the heart center. If both the giving souls and the receiving ones breathe imaginatively through their heart chakra during the entire time, the effect is potentiated many times over.
